Does Cosmos Agent on Telegram use credits?
No. Cosmos Agent on Telegram is app usage, covered by your plan. It shares your plan's limits with Line CLI and Cosmos Agent, and it also keeps its own daily limit per account; whichever is reached first applies.
On Telegram, /usage shows where you stand. In the Console it appears in Logs as Cosmos Agent (Telegram).
