How does Clatter Labs billing work, in simple words?

Imagine a gym membership and a snack card.

• Your plan is the membership. It lets you use the apps (Line CLI in your terminal, Cosmos on Telegram) a certain amount. Everyone gets the Free membership. Paid ones let you use the apps much more.
• Credits are the snack card. They're dollars you spend when a program you wrote talks to Clatter Labs through the APIs. Each question costs a tiny amount. New accounts get $5 on the card to start.

Two simple rules#

1. When the membership is used up for now, the apps ask you to wait until it refills. It refills by itself.
2. When the snack card is empty, your programs stop until someone adds more.

Do I have to pay anything?#

No. You can stay on Free forever. If you want more, a parent or guardian can buy a plan or credits for you if you're under 18.
