What do run ids and key ids look like?
- Run id: a UUID, like

key_idon runs,idin/agent-config): starts withkey_. - Account ID:
CL-followed by letters and digits, likeCL-7K2M9QXA.
Store ids as strings; don't parse meaning from them.
