What does the clsk_ at the start of my key mean?
Every Clatter Labs Console API key starts with clsk_. The prefix just tells you (and secret-scanning tools) that the string is a Clatter Labs key.
What to do with that#
- If you see a
clsk_string somewhere public, treat it as a leaked key and revoke it. - Add the prefix to your own secret-scanning rules so commits containing it are blocked.
A key doesn't contain your Account ID. Requests always need the Account ID separately in X-Clatter-Account.
