Can I start runs for another Clatter Labs account?
No. Every request must send the Account ID that owns the key; a key with another account's ID answers 401 account_mismatch. Runs always belong to the key owner's account.
To work across people, use Team in the Console, where members use the owner's plan and credits within limits the owner sets.
