My run has been "running" for a long time. Is it stuck?

Big tasks can take a long time: installing packages, builds and tests all run for real, and a run can take up to 150 steps.

How to tell#

1. Open the event stream with ?after= set to the steps you've seen. New step events mean it's working.
2. Check steps on GET /v1/runs/{id} a few minutes apart.

If nothing changes#

• Check status.clatterlabs.com.
• Cancel it with POST /v1/runs/{id}/cancel and start again with a narrower task.
• If it happens often, email support with the run id.
