My run ended with error code run_failed. What can I do?

A run that starts but can't finish ends with status: "failed". error.code is out_of_credits if the balance ran out, otherwise run_failed.

What to do#

Read error.message.
Look at the last steps in the event stream to see where it got stuck.
Check status.clatterlabs.com for incidents.
Retry with tighter instructions, a clearer "done" condition, or a higher tier for hard tasks.
If it keeps failing on simple tasks, email support with the run id.
