What should I do about 502 upstream?

TroubleshootingUpdated

502 upstream means the cloud service that runs Cosmos didn't answer in time.

What to do#

  1. Retry with exponential backoff (for example 2, 4, 8, 16 seconds).
  2. If you were creating a run, check GET /v1/runs before retrying, in case the first attempt started one.
  3. If it continues, check status.clatterlabs.com.
  4. Still stuck? Email support with the time and endpoint.
