Can the Agent API notify my server when a run finishes?

The Agent API docs don't describe webhooks. To know when a run finishes:

Stream GET /v1/runs/{id}/events and wait for the done event (reconnect with ?after= every 10 minutes), or
Poll GET /v1/runs/{id} every 2 seconds or more.

A small worker on your side can do this and then call your own webhook.
