Does Cosmos know where I am?
No. The bot doesn't receive your location. It knows where you are only if you tell it, for example "I live in Alexandria" or /timezone Africa/Cairo, and it may save that as a memory or setting.
Until you set a time zone, it uses Africa/Cairo for times and reminders. Don't share your exact address unless you need to; a city is enough for weather and time.
