What time zone does Cosmos use if I don't set one?
Cosmos uses Africa/Cairo until you tell it otherwise. If you live elsewhere, set your zone first so "tomorrow at 9" means 9 your time:
/timezone America/New_York
Your time zone is saved with your Clatter Labs account and applies to all your linked Telegram accounts.
