Which tier should I use when a mistake would be costly?

Start with Heavy for tasks where a wrong answer is expensive.

Heavy is listed for exactly this: when getting it right matters more than speed or cost.

Heavy is slower and costs the most, so use it for the hard part and Flash or Max for the rest.
