Is it safe to use Clatter Labs with my company's confidential data?

What to weigh:

• Protection: data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and staff access is need-to-know.
• Training: content, including enterprise content, may be used to train Clatter Labs' own models unless you object or a signed DPA says otherwise.
• Location: AI inference runs in the United States; residency isn't guaranteed unless agreed in writing.
• Secrets: never paste credentials; filters aren't perfect.
• Certifications: none held; practices align with ISO/IEC 27001.

For confidential work, object to training and ask about a DPA first.
