Does Clatter Labs sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA)?

Enterprise customers may sign a Data Processing Agreement (Privacy Policy, Section 35) that:

• sets processor obligations under GDPR Article 28, the UK GDPR and other laws;
• includes Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK addendum where needed;
• gives at least 30 days' notice of new or replacement sub-processors, with a right to object;
• allows audits under the conditions in the DPA;
• covers deletion or return of content at the end of the agreement.
