I build apps on Clatter Labs APIs. What are my privacy duties?

If you use Clatter Labs APIs or sign-in to build an app (Privacy Policy, Section 33):

• you're the controller of your end users' data; Clatter Labs is your processor for content you send;
• give users an accurate privacy notice, including the transfer of their data to Clatter Labs and its sub-processors;
• have a lawful basis for what you send;
• don't send under-13 or special-category data without a lawful basis and safeguards;
• don't use the services to track or profile people unlawfully.

You're also responsible for end users' text under the abuse policy.
