If my account is terminated, can I get my data out?

After your account is closed or terminated, Clatter Labs makes your content available for export for 30 days, except where termination resulted from a serious breach, a legal prohibition or a risk to security. Then it's deleted from active systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days (Terms, Section 34). For non-sanctions country terminations, you get at least 14 days to export (Terms, Section 28).
