How do I download my data?

1. Go to accounts.clatterlabs.com and open Data ("Download your data, cookie preferences and account deletion").
2. Choose Download your data.
3. Confirm it's you. If you haven't signed in recently, sign out and back in, then return within 10 minutes. Enter your two-factor code if it's on.
4. "Your .zip file is prepared right away and can be downloaded once." Save it somewhere safe.

You'll see "Your data is downloading as a .zip file." If you see "We couldn't prepare your data right now," try again in a little while.
