What's the difference between Line CLI and Cosmos on Telegram?
Line CLI is a coding agent for your terminal that works on files on your computer. Cosmos on Telegram is a chat assistant inside the Telegram app.
| Line CLI | Cosmos on Telegram | |
|---|---|---|
| Where | Your terminal | Telegram (phone or desktop) |
| Works on | Your local project files and shell | Chat, web research, files in your Code Buckets |
| Install | One command | None, just open @Cosmos_agents_bot |
| Best for | Coding, refactors, tests, builds | Questions, reminders, images, screenshots, quick research |
| Approvals | Before edits and commands | Before sharing or deleting files |
What they share#
- The same Clatter Labs account.
- The same plan: usage from both counts toward one shared plan limit. Telegram also has its own daily limit.
- The same model family, SuperCosmos by Clatter Labs.
- The same abuse policy: a suspension pauses both.
