What happens to my apps if the Console is down?

The Console is where you manage things; your code calls the APIs directly. If the Console is down but an API is Operational on the status page, your keys keep working and runs keep going. You just can't create keys, view Logs or buy credits until it's back.

Good to know#

• A private window rules out extensions and old cached data.
• Include your Account ID when you contact support.
• Every API request sends your key and your Account ID (X-Clatter-Account: CL-…); a key alone is refused.
