What's on the Console Billing page?
Billing (under Account in the sidebar) says: "Your plan, usage limits, storage, API credits and invoices, all in one place."

Refresh payment status (top right) asks Gumroad again about your purchases, which helps right after paying.

- Free costs $0 and includes every model and tool.
- Prices and credits are in US dollars.
