Why does creating a run return so quickly if the work takes longer?
Creating a run is asynchronous: the API answers 201 right away with the run, and Cosmos does the work in the background on your cloud computer. That's why output is null at first.
Follow the run with the event stream or by polling GET /v1/runs/{id} until it's completed, failed or cancelled.
