How can a new run continue work from an earlier run?

Runs share your account's cloud computer, so work can outlive a run.

1. In the first run, ask Cosmos to keep the work: "Commit the project to a Cloud Repo named todo-api."
2. In the next run, point to it: "Open the Cloud Repo named todo-api, add input validation, run the tests and commit."
