My run failed with out_of_credits halfway through. What happened?

When your credit balance reaches zero during a run, the run stops with:

"status": "failed",
"error": { "code": "out_of_credits", "message": "You're out of Clatter Labs credits." }

What to do#

1. Top up in Billing › Credits (from $1 to $800).
2. Start a new run. Work the first run saved on your cloud computer, such as a Cloud Repo, is still there, so you can say "continue from the Cloud Repo named …".

Prevent it#

Check balance_usd from GET /v1/account (or can_run from /agent-config) before starting big runs, and alert yourself when it's low.
