Can I set a spending limit for the Agent API?

Some options:

• Your balance is a hard cap. Runs can't spend more than your credits; at zero, requests answer 402 out_of_credits. Top up only what you're willing to spend.
• Teams: the owner can set each member's access, daily quota and monthly spending limit in Team in the Console. Past a limit, requests answer 429 team_daily_quota_reached or team_spend_limit_reached.
• In your code: track spend with GET /v1/account and stop starting runs past your budget.
