How do I give SuperCosmos standing instructions for my project?

In Line CLI, create LINE.md (or AGENTS.md) in your project with things like:

- Use pnpm, not npm.
- Run `pnpm test` before finishing any change.
- Don't edit files in /generated.

Line includes these project instructions in its sessions, so you don't repeat them. On the Model API, put the same kind of rules in your system prompt.
