Is SuperCosmos a good fit for a customer support bot?
Often yes, mainly because of its honesty: a support bot that says "I'm not sure, let me connect you with the team" beats one that invents a refund policy.
- Use Flash for speed and cost.
- Give it your real policies in the prompt or through a lookup tool; it can't know your rules otherwise.
- Moderate customer input, since your account is responsible for it.
- Escalate to a person when it says it doesn't know.
Good to know#
- Prices per 1M input / output tokens: Flash $1.60 / $3.40, Max $1.80 / $3.80, Heavy $2.00 / $4.40. All prices
- SuperCosmos 1.1 is built to say "I don't know" rather than invent facts. How it's built to be honest
- SuperCosmos reads text only; it doesn't take image input. What it can't do
