Does Line CLI send our whole repository to SuperCosmos?

No. According to the Privacy Policy, Line CLI runs on your device and reads files only when needed; it asks before changing your system unless you configure otherwise; its audit log and sessions stay on your device; and it tries to redact secrets (not perfectly). The content it reads for a task is sent to SuperCosmos to do the work. Keep secrets out of files the agent might read, or mark them off-limits in your project instructions.
