When something seems down
What to check when a service misbehaves.
- A public Code Buckets file link isn't loading. Is the CDN down?Check the Public files CDN component. If it's Operational, confirm the file is still public and the link is correct.Troubleshooting
- How do I report an outage that isn't on the status page?Contact the Support Center or email support with the time (with time zone), service, error codes and request IDs.How-to
- I can't buy a plan or credits. Is checkout down?Check the Payments components (Checkout and Billing). If there's an incident, wait before retrying to avoid duplicate charges.Troubleshooting
- I can't sign in and there's an Accounts incident. What now?Wait for the incident to resolve; there's nothing to fix on your side. API keys don't need sign-in and may keep working.Troubleshooting
- Is Clatter Labs down, or is it just me?Check status.clatterlabs.com first. If everything is Operational, check your network, key and Account ID, then contact support.Troubleshooting
- My Cosmos Agent API runs keep failing. Is it an outage?Check the Agent API and Runs components. If they're Operational, check the run's error code, credits and the 5 concurrent runs limit.Troubleshooting
- Responses are slow. Is something wrong?Check for Degraded performance on the model and API rows. If all are Operational, long prompts or the Heavy effort can be slower by design.Troubleshooting
- The Line CLI installer or update isn't working. Is it down?Check the Installer and Updates components on the status page, then retry. If they're Operational, check your network and permissions.Troubleshooting
- The status page says Operational, but it's broken for meCheck your network, your API key and your Account ID header, then the error code. Contact support if it continues.Troubleshooting
- Which errors usually mean a Clatter Labs outage?502 upstream and 503 unavailable usually point to a service problem. 401, 402, 403 and most 429s are about your request or account.Reference
