How long does Clatter Labs take to answer a privacy request?

We respond within one month. For complex or numerous requests we may extend by two further months, and we'll tell you within the first month (Privacy Policy, Section 29). Requests are usually free, unless clearly unfounded or excessive. California residents have specific timelines: see California rights.
