Does the GDPR apply even though Clatter Labs isn't in the EU?
Clatter Labs isn't established in the EU, EEA or UK, but it applies GDPR and UK GDPR principles as its global baseline for all users wherever reasonably practicable, and complies with them where they apply by their own force (Privacy Policy, Sections 4 and 39).
