Can I complain to a data protection authority?

Yes. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, especially in the country where you live or work or where the issue happened. Egyptian users can complain to the Personal Data Protection Center (Privacy Policy, Sections 29 and 42). We'd appreciate the chance to fix it first through a privacy request.
