What are my privacy rights in California?

California residents (and similar US states) have (Privacy Policy, Section 30):

• the right to know, delete and correct;
• the right to opt out of sale or sharing (we don't sell or share);
• the right to limit use of sensitive personal information;
• no discrimination for using these rights;
• the option to use an authorised agent.

We confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days, extendable by another 45 with notice. Global Privacy Control signals are honoured.
