My app sends users' text to the API. Who gets the strike?
You, the key owner. An API key acts for the account that owns it. If your app sends end users' text to the Model API or Agent API, it counts against your account as if you'd written it. One abusive end user can trigger a warning and then a suspension of your whole account.
