How long are my payment records kept?

Usage and billing ledger entries are kept as long as needed for billing, disputes and tax. Records required by tax or accounting law are kept for the period that law requires, disconnected from your identity where the law allows (Privacy Policy, Section 28). Charge disputes must be raised within 60 days (Terms, Section 24).
