How does a parent or guardian give consent for a teen?

A parent or guardian gives consent by agreeing to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy on the minor's behalf (Privacy Policy, Section 31; Terms, Section 4). By doing so they:

• accept the Terms for the minor;
• are responsible for supervising the minor's use;
• are liable for that use where the law allows.

Clatter Labs may ask for reasonable evidence of age or consent, and may restrict the account if it isn't provided.
