Can children under 13 use Clatter Labs?
No. The services aren't directed to children under 13, and children under 13 aren't allowed to create an account or use them. Practices are designed to align with the US COPPA law (Privacy Policy, Section 37).
If we learn a child under 13 has an account, we suspend it and delete the personal data promptly, keeping only minimal records needed to stop re-registration or required by law.
