Can I put other people's personal information into prompts?

You may, but you're responsible for any personal data of other people you include, and you should only include it where you have the right to (Privacy Policy, Sections 7 and 32). In practice:

• share the minimum, for example initials instead of full names;
• never include sensitive data like health details or ID numbers unless the task truly needs it and you have a lawful basis;
• remember prompts may be used for training unless you object.
