Can I create images or content about real people?

The Terms prohibit non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual content depicting a real person without consent, deceptive deepfakes where disclosure is required or harm is likely, and harassment or defamation (Terms, Section 18). Statements about people in outputs may be false, so verify them before publishing (Terms, Section 19).
