How do I permanently delete my data from one service but keep my account?

Email infrastructure@clatterlabs.xyz from the email address on your account and include:

• your Account ID (CL-…), from the Console;
• the service, for example Cosmos Agent on Telegram, Code Buckets or the old Community;
• whether you want everything in that service removed or only certain data.

We may ask a question to confirm it's really you. Your account and other services keep working. Data in backups is overwritten within up to 90 days.
