Is data of Egyptian users sent outside Egypt?

Yes. Because our infrastructure is run by international providers, Egyptian users' data is processed outside Egypt, including in the European Union and the United States. Transfers happen only where Law No. 151 of 2020's conditions are met: an adequate level of protection, any licence or permit the Personal Data Protection Center requires (sought where required), or another lawful condition such as your explicit consent or necessity for a contract (Privacy Policy, Section 31).
