What does Clatter Labs do if it thinks my account is compromised?

FAQUpdated

If Clatter Labs reasonably believes your account is compromised, it may:

  • revoke, rotate or disable credentials or sessions that look compromised, exposed or misused (Terms, Section 6);
  • suspend or restrict access to protect you and others (Terms, Section 33);
  • revoke or disable exposed tokens and notify you (Privacy Policy, Section 13).

Where practicable and lawful, we tell you what happened and how to fix it. Contact support to restore access once you've secured the account.
