How do I spot a fake Clatter Labs email?

FAQUpdated

Our account service only sends one-time sign-in codes, magic sign-in links, password reset links and new-device sign-in alerts (Privacy Policy, Section 9). Be suspicious of any message that:

  • asks you to reply with a code or your password;
  • asks you to pay to keep your account;
  • links to a look-alike domain instead of clatterlabs.com, clatterlabs.xyz or cla.wtf;
  • pressures you to act immediately.

When in doubt, go to accounts.clatterlabs.com yourself rather than clicking.
