Am I responsible for what happens on my account?

Yes. Under the Terms (Section 6) you're responsible for:

• keeping passwords, sign-in methods, API keys, session tokens and recovery codes confidential;
• all activity under your account or through your API keys, except to the extent caused by Clatter Labs' breach of the Terms;
• telling us without undue delay about unauthorised access.

This includes your apps' end users when they send text through your keys: see the abuse policy.
