Will Clatter Labs tell me if there's a data breach?

If a personal data breach happens, Clatter Labs will contain it, assess the risk and fix its effects (Privacy Policy, Section 27). It will:

• notify the supervisory authority without undue delay, and where feasible within 72 hours, where the law requires;
• notify you without undue delay, in clear language, if the breach is likely to cause a high risk to your rights;
• describe what happened, likely consequences, what's being done and who to contact;
• document every breach, even when no notification is required.
