What does the Privacy Policy say, in plain words?

ReferenceUpdated

The Privacy Policy (effective November 1, 2026) says, in short:

  • We collect what we need to run your account and products: email, sign-in details, what you send our AI tools, files you store, and device and IP information.
  • We use it to provide and secure the services, bill you, answer you and meet legal duties.
  • We don't sell your data, show ads or use ad trackers.
  • Account emails are limited to sign-in codes, links and new-device alerts.
  • Prompts are processed pseudonymized, and pseudonymized, secret-filtered content trains our own models unless you object.
  • Infrastructure is mostly in Europe and the United States; transfers are safeguarded.
  • Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
  • You can see, download, correct or delete your data and object to some uses.
  • You must be at least 13; some countries require a parent's permission until older.
