What is the Clatter Labs abuse policy?
Clatter Labs models are there to help you build, so insulting or cursing at the assistant isn't allowed on any Clatter Labs product (Abuse policy).
| Strike | What happens |
|---|---|
| First in 30 days | Warning. Your request is still answered, with a warning notice |
| Second within 30 days | 24-hour suspension on every Clatter Labs product |
The pause ends on its own after 24 hours. Credits, plan, keys and data aren't touched. Support stays reachable throughout.
