How do I get a higher rate limit?

The limit is chosen when you create a key. To get more:

1. Create a new key with a higher limit (up to 120 requests per minute) and switch your app to it.
2. Use separate keys per service: each has its own limit, so a batch job can't starve your chat app.

The docs describe picking the limit at creation; if you need more than separate 120-rpm keys can give, talk to support@clatterlabs.com about your use case.

• Retry only 429 and 5xx errors, with backoff; honour Retry-After when it's sent. Which errors to retry
• Every response has an X-Request-Id; log it so a request can be found later. Why log it
