How do I know if the Model API is having problems?

• Status page: status.clatterlabs.com shows current status, incidents and maintenance.
• Alerts: choose Subscribe for email, or use the RSS feed at https://status.clatterlabs.com/rss.xml.
• Your own metrics: a rise in model_overloaded, model_unavailable or model_timeout is the earliest sign.

If the API misbehaves but the status page shows Operational, check your network, your key and your X-Clatter-Account header first.

Good to know#

• Every response has an X-Request-Id; log it so a request can be found later. Why log it
• Your key's account is responsible for your end users' text under the Abuse policy. What it means for apps
