What happens if I keep using an older version of Line CLI?
Older versions may still start, but you miss reliability fixes and new features, and some show things that no longer exist.
Specific cases#
- 0.8 clients that request Line Code are moved to SuperCosmos by effort on the server side; the route shows "Line Code retired, using SuperCosmos". It works, but
/modelstill lists Line Code. Update to clean that up. - 0.3–0.6 clients with
/delegateor/conversations: Cosmos delegation was removed from Line in 0.7.0-beta. - Before 0.7.1:
/usageand prices show the old plans.
Update now:

Clatter Labs doesn't promise support for old beta versions, so if something goes wrong, update first.
