Why does Line CLI write long files in several parts?

FAQUpdated

A very large tool call, such as writing a 400-line file at once, can be cut off in transit. So Line writes long files in parts: write_file with up to about 120 lines, then append_file for the rest.

If a big call is cut anyway, Line drops the partial call (nothing is applied) and redoes the step, asking for smaller parts. You see "stream interrupted, redoing the step".
